CustomerCareSolutions is a Minneapolis company built around a simple observation: the people who need help most are usually the ones with the least time to hunt for it. Towing and last-minute truck rentals are two different problems, but they share the same bad day.
Why last-minute is a specialty, not an afterthought
Most outfits are built for people who plan ahead. Book online two weeks out, pick a slot, done. That works right up until it does not — the car will not start this morning, or the truck you reserved got handed to somebody else and your lease ends tomorrow. We keep track of what is genuinely sitting on the lot right now, so we can tell you in one call whether you can still move.
Those are the calls we built this business for. Someone who is already late, already stressed, and does not have the luxury of waiting for a better option to appear. Our job is to know who actually has a truck on the lot, who can run a tow right now, and to be honest about it when the answer is nobody.
We are local to Minneapolis and we work Minnesota. That means the operators and the counters we call are people we talk to regularly, not numbers on a screen in another time zone.

We pick up the phone
A live person, not a phone tree and not a callback queue. Whatever time it is, someone answers and starts working the problem.
We say no when it is no
If a truck is not available or a tow cannot happen today, you hear that immediately — plus the next best option. Wasted afternoons are worse than bad news.
We do not run the price up
You hear a range before anything moves. No add-ons invented halfway through, no surprise line items after the fact.
We stay with it
Until the vehicle has moved or the truck is booked, your job is open on our end. You get one number to call the whole way through.
What we are not
Worth saying plainly, because it saves everybody time.
Not a roadside club
If you have AAA or roadside coverage, use it first — it may already be paid for. Call us when it is not working out.
Not the rental counter
The reservation, the contract and the keys come from the rental location. We find you the truck and tell you exactly where to go.
Not a body shop
We move vehicles, we do not repair them. If you need damage work, we will get the car to the shop that does it.
